Strategy 2026–2028

A three-year plan to build the leading integration and investment platform for the defence sector in Central-Eastern Europe.

Strategic Goal

The Future Defence Platform

Defence.HUB S.A. pursues a strategy based on three pillars: acquisition of technology companies, integration of competences within the capital group and commercialisation of products on NATO and EU defence markets.

Our goal is to build a portfolio of companies offering complementary technologies — from anti-drone systems, through unmanned platforms, to advanced materials and defence software — together creating an integrated defence capabilities ecosystem.

Strategy Pillars

Four Development Directions

Building a Defence Company Portfolio

Acquisitions and integration of technology entities from the defence and dual-use sector in the CEE region. Focus on companies with ready products or advanced prototypes.

Technology Commercialisation

Accelerating certification and contracting processes for defence products. Supporting portfolio companies in accessing public procurement and modernisation programmes.

International Expansion

Development of partnerships within NATO and the EU. Participation in EDIRPA, EDF and PESCO programmes. Building position in Central-Eastern European markets.

R&D Consortia & Partnerships

Creating R&D consortia with universities, research institutes and industrial partners. Securing funding from public programmes.

Market Context

Why Now

Europe is allocating record budgets to defence. Armed forces modernisation programmes, NATO spending growth above 2% of GDP and new EU financing instruments (EDIRPA, EDF) create an unprecedented window of opportunity for the defence-tech sector.
